Bethlehem Homeschool Group was founded in the Fall of 2017 at Bethlehem Baptist Church. The group averages one hundred to one hundred fifty students with twenty plus courses offered for PreK through Adult Bible Study. The group has shown steady growth in members and instructors/courses each year. All courses consistently take a Biblical approach.
We have two 12-week semesters offered per year. Classes are offered Thursdays at varying times between 9:00 am-1:30 pm. Families can sign up for one class, or multiple, depending on the needs and availability.
In addition, BHG parents plan field trips, meet-ups and a Spring Field Day to further develop relationships within our homeschool community.
We are not a drop-off program for preschool-elementary school age children. You are required to stay on Bethlehem Baptist Church campus for the duration of your children’s classes. We do offer places to meet other homeschool parents as well as a Bible study.
Middle school and high school parents are allowed to drop-off their teenagers. Please be aware that your children will not be supervised between classes, lunch or if they have free periods. We expect them to stay in approved areas and act appropriately. You are welcome to stay on site to provide more supervision for your older child.
