Another 12 week semester is gone and I’m left reminiscing about what I’ve seen my kids learn from their classes and how to better improve as a director. Here’s what I’ve seen in the hallways:
Kids reading between classes, friendships formed at the playground, hugs to teachers as they enter the classroom, science experiments with “whoa!” results, guest speakers, songs about Jesus, UNO games in Spanish, messy fun lunch tables, and lots of laughter.
Thank you for being a part of our Thursdays. Yes, we are here to supplement and enrich your homeschool learning at home, but ultimately our goal is to build relationships with parents and kids and share the love of Jesus. That could not happen without you signing up your kids, bringing them diligently, letting them have those messy fun lunch tables, and even bringing them on some of our field trips and extra events.
I’m already looking forward to the fall semester, which seems forever away at the moment. But the hot summer days will fly by and our staff can’t wait to be with your children (and you!) again! And hopefully I’ll see you at the parks in between semesters.

“And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight so that you may be able to discern what is the best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ.” – Philippians 1:9-11
