Where in the world is Aruba? What country is known for churros, Spain or Mexico? In this cultural geography class, we will have an overview of world geography basics. Then each week we will “travel” to a featured country for that week and learn where it is on the world map. We will look at each country’s flag, capital city, language and even a fun fact. We will also delve into *culinary treats of each country. Each student will get to “stamp” their passport each week as we explore a different country.

Parents, please let me know if your child has any food allergies prior to the first week of class. I can try to avoid certain foods if I know ahead of time of any one’s allergies, however I may not be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions.
