Course Description
This is a full participation introduction to Team Sports PE class focused solely on the instruction and understanding of organized team sports, such as, but not limited to basketball, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, flag football, etc. In this class we will focus on a basic understanding of a team sport weekly while practicing how to be a good athlete and teammate. Athletic shoes required!! In effort to help this course meet NC School Credit accreditation requirements there will be optional off campus discounted field trip opportunities. The dates and locations for these will be emailed out later, but tentatively planning a swim day at Wendell Swim Club, golf outing at Wendell Country Club, Tennis at Wendell Community Park, open gym days at BBC, etc. Detailed information to follow.
