Biography
Megan lives in Raleigh with her husband Joe and their two boys. She graduated from Washburn University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She has been sewing for over 30 years and enjoys teaching both children and adults. She worked in banking for 15 years before becoming a stay at home mom, and later a homeschool teacher. Megan began sewing as a child and won numerous local, county, state, and national sewing awards through the 4-H program. She has run a quilting business as well as a custom clothing business and taught sewing and textiles for a year at Legacy Co-Op in Raleigh. In her spare time she enjoys reading, piano, hiking, and playing board games with her family.
