BHG Welcomes Three New Tutors in 2020

BHG is blessed to add three new, very qualified teachers for the fall of 2020. First for our younger elementary children we are excited that Wanda Saylor is joining us to teach Language Arts with a Biblical focus. She brings 30 years of experience in ministry and working with children. She is also the sister of another member of our wonderful teaching staff, Tracy Spragins. We hope that Wanda will feel right at home with us at BHG, and that your children will love their new teacher!

Our Elementary PE (physical education) class will be led by Suzanne Wilkinson. She is already acquainted with BHG because she joined the group last year with her daughter. A certified middle grades language arts teacher, she brings her love of physical activity and fun to our program for those of you who have kids that need to move, compete and run off steam!

For our MS and HS students we have a new math teacher, Rebekah Jenks. She has a Master of Arts in Teaching from The University of Louisville. She is also a mom and teaches college math at Southeastern Seminary. She has tutored math students for many years. We are excited that she will teach Pre-Algebra and Algebra! These subjects are foundational and Rebekah is committed to teaching them to our students, so they can build on the mathematical skills acquired in these classes.
